News Update - 'Hampshire and Isle of Wight Saliva Testing Programme'

The below screenshot shows an example of an internal update created on the intranet of the 'Hampshire and Isle of Wight Saliva Testing Programme'. In this post, we wanted to reflect on advances we were making on suggestions made by staff, in our 'suggestion boxes' around the laboratory. We wanted this post to act as positive reinforcement about the value of our workers. Key design features of the intranet post included:

  • A suitable mixture of text and visual imagery.

  • A more personable title that stands out from other intranet post titles.

  • A positive, reflective tone throughout the post.

  • A demonstration of wider awareness of local events that could have an impact on the topic of the post.
