The following are details of the forms of social media experience which I possess, being able to manage accounts across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

SOCIAL MEDIA

SPROUT SOCIAL

The social media scheduling platform that I use the most is Sprout Social.

​

Functions that I can perform on Sprout Social include:

  • Scheduling posts using the content calendar, both at optimal times that Sprout Social recommends when possible and at specific times.

  • Setting up 'Topics' to listen to in case certain topics or keywords need to be monitored.

  • Utilising the 'smart inbox' function to tag posts depending on what their topic is. The 'smart inbox' would also be used to reply back to messages received on platforms.

  • Delivering monthly reports that feature numerous social media statistics across a given month.

I have had experiencing producing multiple kinds of content suitable for social media, with this in some cases including said content myself on social media. Content would primarily be produced using a mixture of Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

I am experienced in delivering analytics for social media. With my current job with the University Hospital Southampton, when I have needed to cover social media, I am able to deliver monthly reports on social media performance. Examples of analytics that I would incorporate into these reports includes:
